Through our flexible coaching model, whether individual or group-based, you set the goals that matter most to you. We provide the structure, accountability, and motivation to help you succeed. Understand the Core Elements of Health
We feel that when people learn about health, and the interactions between the core elements, this knowledge can help them with making positive, sustainable changes. During the 8 week coaching experience, you will learn about the core elements move, fuel, recover, endure and connect and strategies to improve in all of these areas.
Engage in Individual and Group Coaching Sessions
We feel like to get the most out of the Live Well program, it is best to have both group and individual coaching sessions. During the individual coaching sessions, your coach will ask you questions that help you determine your goals and brainstorm strategies to achieve them. When you engage in the group coaching sessions, you will have the opportunity to share your experiences with your team receive feedback from them.
Set Goals and Foster Sustainable Behaviors Change
The act of setting both short-term and long-term goals, and putting them on paper can be very powerful in creating behavior change. Constantly revisiting this document will be one of the keys to your success.
Receive Accountability and Support
When you are part of the group coaching program, you will receive accountability and support from your coach and another member on your team. These relationships and accountability partners can be part of your success.
