Jersey Live Well offers an innovative, evidence-based health coaching approach designed to help men individuals enhance their health and well-being, empowering them to truly live well. We do this by focusing on working “upstream” in preventative health. This means not only working with people men when they are sick but before medical issues arise and intervention is necessary .
